Online & In-Store Shopping

We work as hard as possible to make sure all new arrivals are available for purchase online as soon as we’ve unpacked them. However, there may be a slight delay sometimes, and we appreciate your patience. If you have any questions about an item's availability, please get in touch with us, and we'll check for you. Please note that special, private shopper, and custom orders are unavailable to view online.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon checkout. We recommend saving it somewhere safe so you can reference your order number if you need to contact us.

We process all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours. However, if an online item is unavailable at the time of purchase and we need to order it from the vendor, a delay will occur as we wait for it to arrive. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.

You may request a change or cancel your order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes/cancellations will only be approvedif we (or the vendor) have not yet shipped your order or begun to customize any items (e.g., embossing, engraving, etching, monogramming). Finalized/completed customized orders (e.g., from our Design Bar, trophies, awards) can not be canceled at any time.

Many of our pieces are handmade, which means, occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock (especially if it’s popular!). If this is the case, we'll notify you immediately by email with an estimated arrival time or give you the option to cancel/change your order if you can't wait. For orders with multiple items, we can either send each piece as it becomes available or hold your complete order until everything is ready—just let us know your preference.

Yes, all LVH locals in the Lexington area are welcome to purchase online and then collect in-store. Simply choose the Click & Collect option at checkout, and we’ll email you when your item is ready to be picked up and taken home.

We ship all orders across the United States via our delivery partner, UPS Ground Service. Our rates are based on purchase amount and calculated at checkout:

We currently do not offer international shipping beyond the USA and its territories, but we’re working on it. If you are one of our valued international visitors and have a specific item inquiry, please get in touch with our team so we can assist you.

Once our delivery partner has collected your order, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout, including all tracking information and other nice-to-know details. Didn't receive your shipping confirmation email? Please contact our team and quote your order number using your original order confirmation.

Standard delivery generally takes 10-18 days for in-stock items delivered within the contiguous United States. Shipments to AK, HI, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO may require additional time. Backordered items may require several weeks to months for final delivery. Please allow additional time for customized pieces that require personalization services.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to be overjoyed with your purchase; however, we understand that some things don't make themselves at home like they should.
- You may return any unwanted or change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit.
- We will only accept returns for item(s) returned in original packaging and condition.
- You must provide a copy of the order confirmation/sales or gift receipt.
Please get in touch with us to organize an online return (including your order number) or pop in-store to speak to one of our friendly staff.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on special orders, customized items, gift cards, sale items, discontinued items, or perishables. Such items are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

Should you unfortunately receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with your order number so we may process your claim and provide you with options. This may include sending a replacement or substitute item or issuing a store credit.Please save the original shipping box and packing materials.

Your guests can visit us in-store or shop online from the comfort of their homes—whichever works best for them. All they need to do is pop in your name in the Registry Search, and voilá! All your registry picks will appear, ready to be added to cart. Just add your registry details to your invitations or communication with guests.

Absolutely! We love celebrating all of life's special moments. We can help you create a registry for any occasion: birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, Christmas wish lists — any gift-worthy event you can think of. Simply book your registry consultation and let us know what milestone we’re celebrating in the comments.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping and keep notes on each gift purchased (and by whom) to make writing those personal thank-you notes a breeze.

You can change your registry items up to 1 week before your big day. Simply get in touch with your registry concierge, and they can make the necessary changes (provided the item hasn't already been purchased). If a listed registry item becomes discontinued, we will help you find the perfect replacement to fill its shoes.

Your concierge will go over the finer details with you during your consultation, including how and when you'd like to receive your registry items. You can choose between your guests bringing the gifts on the day, having them delivered on a date that works best for you, or requesting gift cards to shop in-store. No matter what option you select, we'll coordinate delivery times around your schedule so your gifts arrive at just the right moment, whether that's before the big day or after your honeymoon.

You may return any not-so-suitable gifts for store credit within 14 days of receiving them. Items must still be in their original packaging and be undamaged and unused. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds FAQ section for more details.

Trophies and awards are one-of-a-kind items that can't be ordered via our online store. To request a quote or place an order, email our dedicated trophy team. We will book a time to meet with you in person to go over the finer details (like engraving, etching, etc.) and approve your finalized design.

As each order is different, we recommend contacting us for an estimated date before placing your order (especially if time is of the essence). Delays may occur with larger/bulk orders, items that need to be specially ordered or require extensive-customization services.

Design Bar

Personalized items are…well, personal. That's why all customization is done in-store at our Design Bar and cannot be ordered/purchased via our online store. To see what we can create for you, book a free consultation with us. We will meet with you in person to go over the finer details, like engraving, etching, etc., and approve your finalized design.

Our amazing team of design professionals does all our custom stationery, etching, engraving, embossing, and monogramming services in-store. As each order is unique, we will give you an estimated time of completion upon placing your order, but the average time for in-stock items is 2-3 days. We will contact you with an amended delivery date if a delay occurs.

While we take extraordinary care with every customized piece, we're human; occasionally, mistakes can happen. If this occurs, we apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately so we can make it right—that's our promise.

In-stock items are fulfilled and ready to be collected on the same day. Items that need to be special-ordered from a vendor or require customization will take longer, and we will advise you of an estimated timeline at the time of purchase.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high-touch, personalized shopping experience, so we assign a dedicated staff member to each corporate/personal shopping account. If your gifting concierge is unavailable/absent on the day you place an order, we will endeavor to make sure a replacement staff member has all your details at hand to handle the transition without any disruption to you.
