We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting time in your life and look forward to a long and happy relationship with you and your fiancé.  Our goal is to make the registry process simple, seamless and even fun! Our full service registry includes not only the “basics”, formal and casual dinnerware, drink ware and flatware, but also gifts, home accents, furniture, linens (bed, bath and table) and an interior design service.  We also offer a full array of paper, including of course wedding invitations and stationery.  

Do I need to make an appointment to register?
Yes.  Due to the personal level of service we extend to you, appointments are required. This also applies for paper/invitation selection. You can make an appointment by calling us at 859-225-7474 or by emailing us at sales@lvharkness.com and writing ‘Wedding Registry Appointment’ in the subject line.  Our hours of operation are M-F 10:00-6:00, Saturday 10:00-5:00.  Saturday appointments are either at 10:30 or 1:00.  Call for the first available appointment!

I need gifts for my attendants!!
Yes you do!!!  You will receive a 15% discount on any items bought for your wedding party.

Will I receive an actual gift?
The choice is yours!  If you prefer to receive actual items, we will ship or deliver any item that is in stock at the time of purchase.  If the item is not in stock at the time of purchase, you will receive a written acknowledgment detailing the gift and the gift giver.  This is strictly an acknowledgment, it does not mean that the item has been ordered.  It does mean that the monetary value has been added to your LV Harkness gift card.

How does the LV Harkness Gift Card work?
It works like a ‘savings’ account. For every written acknowledgment that you receive, the monetary value of the item purchased is added to your LVH gift card.

Will my registry be online?
Yes!!  You will be emailed a copy of your registry for your approval.  The average time for a registry to appear on our website, www.lvharkness.com, is generally 4 or 5 business days after we receive your final approval.

Do you ship or deliver gifts to me?
It is our pleasure to deliver gifts inside Fayette County. We will also ship gifts to you via UPS.  The cost of the shipping will be paid by the purchaser.

After the wedding…..

For the first six months after your wedding, you will receive 15% discount on any item on your registry.  The accrued balance on your LVH gift card can be used for any item store-wide.  However, the 15% discount applies to your registry only. When you are ready to spend your LVH funds, please call us for an appointment. The same appointment policy applies.
